BCI customers are able to take advantage of the major component service network already established around the country for service, repairs and warranty work for these components. Examples of these are: the engines from Cummins and Caterpillar; and transmissions from ZF, Allison and Eaton.
The advantage BCI customers have is being able to choose their preferred service workshop for regular servicing and BCI body and accessory warranty repairs. Major component warranty repairs must be carried out (only) by the supplier of the component affected.
